It is founded in 2022, incorporated and exempted from tax payment under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and its main working field in Nashville United State. Global Heavenly Care promote and secure vulnerable and marginalized youths through promoting social welfare such as youth capacity development and capacity building, youth professionalism,  youth empowerment, health care, social and economic advancement.
